Since then it has grown and expanded with the educational needs of the community. Current facilities house over 375 students from pre-Kindergarten through the eighth grade.
Recognized not only for promoting academic excellence in the community, but also for its focus on family involvement in the total education picture, St. Ann School is fully accredited by the Florida Catholic Conference and serves Collier County.
St. Ann School provides a warm, Christian atmosphere to motivate and guide the individual student through a fundamental yet flexible program. With an emphasis placed on helping the child achieve a sense of self- responsibility, provision is made for children to work at their own rates, individually or in groups, structured or unstructured as is best suited to each child's mode of learning. Testing is used as an aid, not an absolute, to assess the student's strengthsand weaknesses.
In an effort to meet developmental needs of the St. Ann student, teachers focus on four key areas - spiritual, psychological, intellectual and physical aspects of education. St. Ann teachers, in turn, grow professionally by attending and participating in workshops, seminars, professional meetings and theology courses.
