Begin this
pose in a reclining position, legs out straight, arms down to the sides. Exhaling, bend the knees and bring them in as close to the chest as you can comfortably. Inhaling, wrap the arms around the knees. If this is uncomfortable, slide the hands underneath the knees. Keep the breath moving as you gently roll from hip to hip. Remember, everything in yoga is done in slow motion. Exhaling, allow the arms to return to the sides and bring the feet down. Inhaling, stretch out the legs. NOTE: This position is very relaxing for the back and can be used between other postures.
